You can cancel a pending withdrawal while logged into any device: desktop, laptop or mobile.
To cancel your recent withdrawal request and return your winnings to your playing balance, please follow the steps below:
1) Click Menu > My Account > History > Payment History
2) View your Payment History for the last 24 hours to 31 days by using the drop-down menu.
3) Locate the transaction in question and if it can be cancelled it will have a red cross (X) next to it. Click this to cancel the transaction.
Once you have cancelled your withdrawal, your funds will immediately be returned to your player account.
If your withdrawal shows as Processed or Success, it is already being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
While cancelling a withdrawal is ultimately at the player's discretion, we strongly urge players not to cancel withdrawals to fund future play.
