Flash Player is installed but I'm asked to install again, why?
FollowIf you are being asked to install Flash Player again, it means that the version you have downloaded is not running correctly for you on your browser.
To resolve this, we recommend using Google Chrome. Chrome has Flash Player automatically installed as part of its own program so you would not need to install it. Google Chrome will also automatically update the Flash Player when a new version has been released. This means you would not need to update this manually like with other Internet Browsers.
We would always recommend using Chrome for our site as this has been extensively tested and is highly compatible with our games and the Geolocation plug-in for our site.
You can find and install Google Chrome here.
If you do not wish to use Chrome, please be aware that the games rely on the most up to date version of Flash Player. If you already have Flash Player please make sure it is the most recent one. You can install or update Flash Player here.
I am trying to access the games on Windows 8 and get the Flash Player Installation message?
If you are a Windows 8 user you will need to run your browser on the Desktop for the Flash Player to work correctly. To run your browser in Desktop mode:
• Press the Windows key + Z whilst the Internet browser is open, to bring up the address bar.
• Once the address bar is open, click on the wrench button and select 'View on the desktop'.
Windows 8 will now switch to the classic desktop and start your browser on the exact same page you are currently viewing.
Should you have any problems completing this process please contact us via our Live Chat service to the right of this page so we can assist you further.
Can I access the games from a Smartphone or Tablet?
Unfortunately our games are not accessible via Smartphones or Tablets at the present time, as Flash Player is not compatible with these. We are working on a Phone and Tablet versions of the site for the near future though so please do look out for this.
