My game says “Session Expired”. What is this?
If you receive the error message ‘Session Expired’ while playing some of the games on site, this means you have experienced a connection error.
This error can occur on any games developed by IGT, a third party developer whose games we host on the site. To resolve this, we advise firstly clearing your temporary internet files and cookies on your computer and then restarting your browser. You can find instructions on how to do this for common browsers on our FAQ page or contacting our Support Team.

Please be assured that ‘Session Expired’ is simply a connection error between your computer and our systems for these games. If the error occurred partway through a game, your game will either be waiting for you to complete it when you can next reload it, or your wager will have been refunded.
You can check the outcome of your recent games by clicking ‘Menu’, then going My Account > History > Game History.
