Is my mobile device supported?
We currently support all iPads and iPhones that use iOS 6.0 and above, but games work better on the more recent devices. To have the best level of experience when playing ensure you keep your mobile device updated with the latest available Operating System (OS).
How do I download the app?
You can head to the app store on your iPhone or iPad and download our Virgin Casino app! Just search for "Virgin Casino" and click to install.

To make it easier to access on your iPhone and iPad, select 'Share' and 'Add to Home Screen' to place the web app on your iPad or iPhone Home Screen.
Please make sure that GPS and 'Location Services' are enabled for both the device itself, and the App. You can change this in your 'Settings' menu.
In order for us to confirm your location as within New Jersey, we would recommend connecting to Wi-Fi when playing, rather than using mobile data.
Are all your games available on the App?
Each of our games needs to be adapted in order to work on your mobile device which takes time. We are working as fast as we can to add all of your favorite games so please bear with us and continue to look out for new games being added each month. You will still be able to play all our games using our desktop site.
Do I need to download all the games?
Not all games need to be downloaded, the ones that do will have a ‘Download’ option for you to select. The games that require a download will typically provide you with a more stable play experience.
