Important Geolocation Update For Mac Users
Why Can't I Play After Upgrading My Mac To V. 10.15 "Catalina"?
Apple released an update to its operating system (v. 10.15, 'Catalina') which impacts the ability of users to send location data for the geolocation browser plugin and other apps (such as Google Maps).
What Do I Need To Do To Play On This Device?
Geocomply, the provider of geolocation services, has released an updated version of their browser plugin. The next time you try to play, you should be prompted to have PlayerLocationCheck use your current location and will need to select 'OK' to allow access. Once access is allowed, you will be able to play!
I've Updated PlayerLocationCheck But Still Can't Play
If you are still experiencing a geolocation error, double-check that you have allowed PlayerLocationCheck to use your device's location by going to 'System Preferences', 'Security & Privacy', 'Privacy', and 'Location Services'. You may prompted to enter your computer's login password to make changes here. Once entered, select 'PlayerLocationCheck' from the list of available apps and ensure that the box next to it is checked.
