For security reasons, we withhold reportable winnings until the Form W-2G is completed.  As a result, if you have a win of $1,200 or more, this will not be added to your balance until you complete the Form W-2G.

You can do this straight away when you get the pop-up notification, or you can go to to: Menu > My Account  > History > W2G, to view your outstanding forms and history of reportable winnings.
