Press and hold the 'Windows Key' & 'Print Screen' buttons (Print Screen/SysRq). The image will be saved in the Screenshots Folder in your Pictures Library.
Windows 7 and lower versions
Press the 'Print Screen' button (Print Screen/SysRq). Then open an image program (such as Paint) or a word processor such as Microsoft Word and select Edit and then Paste at the top of the page (alternatively just press Ctrl & V). Once you have done this, save the file to a convenient location.
Mac OS X
Press and hold the 'Apple Command' Key & 'Shift' & '3' buttons. A full screen image will be saved on your Desktop.
Press the 'Home' & 'Power' buttons at the same time, and then release them. Once released, the image will be saved in the Camera Roll.
For most Android devices, press and hold the 'Volume Down' & 'Power' buttons. The image will be saved in your Gallery App. On Samsung devices, press and hold the 'Home' & 'Power' buttons. The image once again will be saved in your Gallery App.
Press and hold the 'Start' & 'Power' buttons. The image will be saved in the Screenshots album in the Photos Hub.
Press and hold the '+' & '-' buttons on the top of your tablet. The image will be saved in your Pictures Folder.
BlackBerry Q10 & Z10 Phones
Press and hold the 'Volume Up' & 'Volume Downs' buttons. The image will be saved in your Gallery.
