How do I request a Win/Loss statement?
Our Customer Support Team can provide you with a report and summary of your account activity for a requested period of time.
A history report will detail every transaction on your account, including wagers, wins, deposits and withdrawals. This will let you establish your total wins and losses, as well as have the date and time of each wager and transaction you have made for your records.
You can also view your game history for up to the past 180 days through the history section by going to: Menu > My Account > History > Gaming History. This report will show you useful information including: game name, game reference, date and time, balance before, wager amount, win amount, balance after and a confirmation that the game completed on our secure servers.
