How do I clear Temporary Internet Files and Cookies in the App?
In order to resolve any freezing, disconnection or display errors when playing on your iPad or iPhone, it may be beneficial to delete the App and then re-download it. This works similarly to clearing Temporary Internet Files and Cookies on a computer, and allows our App to load up completely afresh.
How do I delete the App?
On home screen, press and hold any App icon until it 'wiggles' and an "X" appears on the top left hand side of each App symbol. Click the "X" and the App will be removed from your device. To stop all other Apps "wiggling', click the Home Button (square button).
Now you can re-download the App by searching for Virgin Casino in the App Store.
Please rest assured that the App is completely free to download, and that your account details (along with any winnings, deposits or bonuses) will still be saved securely, and will not be deleted along with the App.
