I have a question about Flash Player on Safari
FollowWhy am I being asked to allow Flash Player?
Due to changes in the way the Safari Browser operates, Flash Player is no longer automatically turned on when you load a website. Instead, it only turns on Flash Player when you request it.
Our games use Flash Player so you will need to enable it in order to play.
How do I allow Flash Player?
When you see the pop-up window on the Games Lobby, click 'Enable Flash'. This will take you to the Safari browser page to prompt you to enable Flash Player.
Click on 'Use Every Time' so you can play without seeing this message again in the future.
What should I do if this does not work?
To enable Flash Player in your browser, you can also follow the steps below:
1) Click on 'Safari' in the top left hand corner
2) Click on Preferences
3) Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.
4) Ensure that the box next to Adobe Flash Player. If it isn't then click it to tick it.
5) If you would like to only enable Flash Player on our website then find our site in the list of "Currently Open Websites" and in the box to the right of it select "On".
6) If you would like to enable Flash Player on all websites then simply look at the bottom of the list for the option "When visiting other websites:" and change this to "On".
7) Close the Preferences box and you're ready to go!
What other options do I have?
A good alternative to setting up Flash Player in Safari would be to use the Google Chrome browser. You can download this here. Google Chrome has Flash Player included in it, and it is enabled automatically.
