Why Did My Check Withdrawal Fail?
FollowWe are taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our staff. Because of this, customer support and some of our player services are limited or temporarily suspended.
Impacted Services:
- Limited Customer Support: Live Chat and email are available, however phone service is suspended.
- Temporary suspension of check withdrawal - we advise you to withdraw using ACH Bank Transfer (VIP Preferred).
- Withdrawals will be processed within 48 - 72 hours.
- The land-based Tropicana Casino and Resort is now open (as of July 2nd) for in-person withdrawals. Please be aware that, if this is your first time making a withdrawal through the casino cage, you will only be able to do so between the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.
How can I withdraw my funds?
You can still withdraw your funds via ACH ('Instant eCheck').
Withdrawing to your bank account is quick and easy to do. Simply visit the My Account > Withdrawal section of the website.
You will need to use ACH Instant e-Check and provide your routing number and bank account number along with the amount you wish to withdraw.
When your withdrawal has been processed by us, it will arrive in your bank in 3-5 working days (depending on your bank’s clearing times).
