Rest assured that all wins of $1,200.00 or more will generate a form for your records to be reported to the IRS. However, on your first Form W-2G reportable win, you are given the option for subsequent forms being completed automatically on your behalf.

This is done using the same details entered on this initial form. If you selected this option, you will not see another form to complete as it will automatically be done for you.

You will see a popup on a Form W-2G win, indicating that the form has been created and is available for you in the 'W2G History' section.
