Why Do I Need To Enter A Verification PIN Code To Verify My Account?
In order to protect our patron's identities, we are required to send a verification PIN code to your phone upon registration. This verification PIN code is a one-time passcode and cannot be re-sent. If it expires or is incorrect, your account can alternatively be verified with a few quick steps.
To verify your account, you can attach a clear photo of your driver’s license or other government issued photo ID, along with a photo of yourself holding your ID document to our Verification Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once they review your document, they will verify your account. This can take up to 24 hours, and you will receive an email once it has been completed.
