To create a Cool Off on your account:

1. Click on the "Menu” button in the top left of your screen.
2. Select “My Account”.
3. Go to “Responsible Gaming” then select “Account Cool Off”.
4. Select the time period for your Cool Off.
5. Confirm your selection.
